Intensive Improve Your Dressage -
Upon arrival you will be met by Sarah Campbell who will give you a tour of the facility and an overview of the health and safety policy that the Centre adopts.
Following your tour the group will be provided with tea or coffee and have an informal open discussion regarding your current level of riding experience, your strengths, your weaknesses, areas you really wish to focus on and what your ideal achievements will be following your three days at the Centre.
Once done the group will have a brief assessment session following which you will be allocated your horse for the day.
Before lunch riders will have a flatwork session in our indoor arena whereby you will become acquainted with your horse in preparation for the intensive sessions to come.
Lunch will be served at 12:45
Your afternoon sessions will be broken into two x 45 minute lessons whereby we begin to focus on the areas of improvement you have requested and hopefully we begin to see the positive changes sought and the progression made.
Your day will conclude with a discussion as to which test you would like to do during the following evening’s dressage competition, please note this is not obligatory however if you wish to do either an intro or prelim test then you will be encouraged to do so with the full support of the team here at the Centre, if you do not wish to enter the actual competition then you will still be able to do your chosen test (or tests) prior to the actual competition starting.
Copies of your chosen tests will be given to your before you depart the Centre.
